I am a Bolivian-qualified lawyer practicing in Santa Cruz de la Sierra as an Associate at Moreno Baldivieso, where I advise domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial and contractual matters and on complex disputes, with particular emphasis on sophisticated deals and transaction structuring.
My practice sits at the intersection of civil and commercial law, international law and dispute resolution. I write and have taught in these fields at universities in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Law and Integration at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
On the arbitration side, I have analyzed proceedings administered by the CAINCO Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center, hold a solid grounding in alternative dispute resolution, and have authored academic publications on the subject.
