Lawyer with an interest in the intersection between law and technology. I have solid experience in resolving complex legal issues in the corporate and litigation areas.
My experience has provided me with a set of knowledge and skills relevant to the field of technology:
- Strategic Resolution of Complex Conflicts: My experience co-leading the litigation department at Moreno Baldivieso in Santa Cruz, managing complex high-profile litigation, gave me the opportunity to develop a strong ability to analyze contingencies and defend interests in adverse scenarios.
- Business and Corporate Vision: My work at firms such as Moreno Baldivieso, Dentons, and Garron Bozo, allowed me to learn about a wide range of commercial and legal transactions, understanding the needs and objectives of companies.
Currently, my professional and academic practice focuses on advising companies in structuring complex legal transactions within the digital ecosystem and the field of Law and Technology, with a particular emphasis on:
- Artificial Intelligence and Ethics: Researcher and speaker on the impact of AI and its challenges, participating in activities promoting AI and the SDGs.
- Legal Innovation and Tech Law: Advising on new emerging legal challenges in Bolivia in the area of technology, with academic projects on the subject.
